Flexible control over filtering at a very reasonable rate. Have used a more expensive competitor's service in the past and the quality of filtering is just as good. Users have no issues to report. Easy to locate any message for tracing purposes.

Before going with SpamHero we used another service provider. With our last provider, the filter was either too strict and would filter promotional email my clients wanted, or to loose and would be worthless. SpamHero setup can be done within 10 minutes and is so easy a teenager could do it. Support is amazing. The agent I worked with was kind and patient during a setup issue on my clients server settings not even related to their service. Best of all, NO more getting nickle and dimed on a per email address basis which every other competitor does! :( SpamHero is full of heros!

I was finding that despite tools provided by my hosting provider, and other spam services, I was getting spam in huge amounts getting through these filters. Having searched I found SpamHero and gave it a try. I have multiple accounts for my family and whilst some of the setup left me a tad confused I soon got up and running. I logged a support call to get some assistance, and quickly got everything fully up and running. I've had reason to number of support calls since, not due to anything being wrong with SpamHero, but due to changes and complications around my hosting. This is where, in my opinion, the real value and quality of SpamHero stands out. Their support staff couldn't do enough to help, even with things outside their direct control, they offered suggestions and work around that proved ultimately totally successful. This makes the cost for the service provided totally acceptable, because they've made sure I've made full use of the services they provide, and I now get a tiny amount of spam and I'm sure if I spent more time, even this one or two a day could be removed. Brilliant Service, Brilliant Company, and most importantly of all to me, Brilliant Customer Service.

Prior to using SpamHero we were receiving about 500 spam emails per day. We looked at software options and other companies offering an online system but settled on SpamHero. The system does exactly what we wanted and more so I would highly recommend SpamHero to anybody.

I was stupid and put my real email address on job boards, like Dice and Monster. Within weeks, I was inundated with huge volumes of emails. Fully 2/3rds of my emails now are just junk. SpamHero catches all but a very very small amount (30 out of 25,000). Very happy they are blocking this trash.

We are very happy with the performance and service from SpamHero. We have had our email addresses for many years and get a tremendous amount of spam and junk mail. SpamHero has managed to put all of the junk mail in one place, not on my computer, where I can easily go through and verify it. Every once in a while a good one gets caught, or a bad one gets through, but they are pretty accurate.

Only after a small amount of training SpamHero was blocking nearly all of the spam (over 50% of our total email volume) with very few errors.

My mails were surrounded by lot of spams and it was almost impossible to prevent those spams. Then I found a Hero , Spamhero who helped me a lot and now I sit back and relax and enjoy reading my emails without any spams :-)
