I needed a low cost Spam filter for my personal domain. My previous service did not allow me any reporting or viewing of caught Spam. I had a few false positives which resulted in losing some important emails. As an individual with low email volume, most domain filtering services did not suit my requirements. Since moving to Spam Hero several years ago I have been very happy with it. It captures nearly all my Spam whilst allowing me full control to interrogate if I need to. It is really easy to use. And, most importantly, affordable by me.

We've been using Spam Hero since 2012, and have been extremely happy. SpamHero works extremely well, and is as good as, if not better than services we used to pay 10 times more for. It is VERY user friendly, and actually keeps copies of all mail sent to your domain, even the good mail, so you can always go back to see what was sent. A great tool when a client says they emailed something to you, but you never received it. SpamHero helps you determine if the problem is on your end or the senders!!! Also, I've only had to call for tech support a couple of times, but they are great and you don't have to wait long to speak with them!

My own business email went from averaging 1800 spam emails a day to well under 100. I recommend SpamHero to my customers, and resell it at cost because it works so well.

While out of town, one of our employees received a spam bot. He was receiving up to 200 emails per hour and it started to infect our whole company. Within an hour of installing Spamhero the flow was almost cut off. After 4 years on average we receive maybe 3 or 4 a week that I need to log in and mark as spam.
