After my Spamassassin setup couldn't keep all spam out of my inbox, even with tweaking, I turned to Spamhero and it's worked like a charm. A few things slip through, but no false positives, and there's a convenient interface to mark mail as spam. A question to the support team was answered within the day as well. Great service for a great price.

I previously used Barracuda. It was complex to use. It was ugly to look at (we had to access it often) and it was expensive. Cumbersome is a good word to describe it. SpamHero, on the other hand, is simply AMAZING! It's super easy, priced great and it works, ALWAYS! My client or I rarely even have to visit the dashboard, simply because it does its job so well that is almost 100% hands off. Again, it's truly amazing. It just can't be beat. Thanks SpamHero!

This setup is always so quick and easy. We've installed this on a number of domains and each time it is so easy to get going. We like the interface and the daily spam digest email really helps our users not complain about spam anymore.

Bottom line. It just works. We are usually pretty clever, but every method we tried required tweaking every month as the spammers got smarter. With SpamHero, we are filtering at 99.98% accuracy. It is easy to set up white lists and blocked lists. Customer service is personal and quick to respond. I wish other companies would take a lesson from these guys. Keep up the good work! -Christopher

I have been delighted with Spamhero's service. To date I am not aware of false positives, and the spam the spam that is filtering through to my mail service has been reduced by around 99%. In addition, on the two occasions where I have sought some support, the response can only be described as "sparkling". Full credit to Spamhero for a great service!

We had a massive issue with Genuine Emails being rejected as our Email provider subscribed to multiple RBLs and we had little control over our email. We looked at filtering all email on site but that would have been a massive undertaking. After checking on various Hardware solutions all at quite a high cost we then discovered SpamHero, read a few reviews online and thought we would give it a try (30 days free trial). The setup was easy and on the two occasions I asked for support I received a quick reply (in one case less than 10 minutes). Whilst the web front end looked quite basic there is a plethora of settings and tweaks under the bonnet. The simple ability to deep filter email from different countries is brilliant and together with a time setting makes scanning for spam so easy. In the first three weeks I only had 33 false positives (out of 27,000 emails) and with the easy to use interface they were quickly dealt with. The fact I have a dashboard with geographical statistics means I can further tweak the spam scanning to target the problem areas. The feedback from my users has been very positive with it being noted that the morning trawl through endless bulk emails has virtually gone. The use of Spamhero has not only saved us time but money as well, I wish I had found it sooner.
